[2018-11-03] Genki Sushi is unique in the way orders are made and served (AFAIK). You order via touchscreen and the food is delivered via ‘trains’. Some items that contain liquids though are served the usual way, via store personnel.

Another unique thing in Genki Sushi is the ‘slot game’ that pops up in their touchscreen order taking screen.

There were 8 new items to be introduced and we were privileged to be allowed to sample them ahead of the general public. All of the new items came from countries where Genki Sushi is present. The new items are:

I like the Sushi Bar Salad the most. It has strong wasabi flavor that I like.

To say that we enjoyed the food & experience would be an understatement. We were able to sample a lot of their offerings but there are still a lot we were not able to try because we were already too full to have another bite.
