[2018-11-03] I used to run in MOA to CCP area and once the sun is up it usually becomes crowded. My daughter does not run so we just walked a few thousand steps around the BlueBaywalk area around 6:30am. There were less than half a dozen people when we started and there were just around a dozen when we finished after a little over an hour.

If you were looking for a place to relax, walk, jog, run, play with your kids and/or pets, BlueBaywalk is a viable alternative to MOA. The nearest Starbucks opens at 7am. The 2 major burger players are also in the area.
