Pastarrifico Legaspi Village, Makati

[2019-Sep-26] When I first heard that it is located at “Ayala North Exchange” I thought this mall was located somewhere in North EDSA or Monumento. I haven’t been updating myself with the new malls that have sprouted in the Metro. One thing that this place has going against it is its location. The best description/direction on where to find it is ‘Beside Starbucks’ but the entrance is not side by side but more on passing Starbucks on the way out of the mall itself.

Let start with what I liked the most and what makes it worthwhile to do the effort of going to Pastarrifico. They have a nice selection of pastas and the two soups varieties they served, I liked both, hehe.  My top favorite among the pasta served is the Sardine Pasta.

It is simple, non-assuming dish but surprisingly flavorful. If you like non-meat based pasta try this one out.

The second runner-up is the lasagna. Choose this one if you prefer something with more subtle and creamier flavors. It would be easy to consume an order and a half to two orders of these. It is like eating your favorite junk food. You just keep putting some in your mouth and later be surprised you have consumed it all already, hehe.

Pastarrifico makes their own pasta fresh daily. That is probably one of the reasons why their pasta is different from the usual.

The rest of the dishes served  Pastarrifico Salad,  Pastarrifico Meatballs,  Roast Chicken, Tagliolini Alle Vongole, Fusili Al Pesto,  Fettucinne Truffle Cream,  Gnocchi in pomodoro,  Ricotta cheese with mango spread,  Croquettas Pollo,  Chocolate Budino, Mango Panacotta,  Minestrone Soup
