[2018-09-22] This is one of the more unique invite that I attended not just for the day (this is the 3rd or 4th for the day). It is not a regular restaurant that you go to and eat but rather a place that provides a few select food items via pickup only (at the time of the event) Check them out by clicking on this link

We got to taste not only the ‘star’ of the event (cochinillo of course!) but also a few other very satisfying dishes plus a new variant, cochinillo with goose oil.

We also got to see the oven/kitchen where the cochinillo is cooked and heard the story of how ‘Mr. Cochinillo’ came about ‘straight from the horses mouth’ aka Mr. Cochinillo aka Tinee de Guzman. It is rare to find someone doing something that he truly loves.

The good food was fortunately complemented not only with good drinks but also by good company.

It was a nice ending of a ‘good food day’ 🙂
