Kichitora Bonifacio Global City Taguig

[2018-11-29] This Japanese ramen restaurant takes pride in serving delicious savory poultry based broth.

While waiting for others to arrive, we were served some…

Gyoza – meaty filling. Soft, thinner skin/wrap compared to others and with some crunch on the fried side and…

Karaage – soft crunchy coating with tender and moist meat. I wonder why some restaurants’ version is a bit dry & less tender when it can be prepared as good as this.

We tried to order different variants each and asked for small bowls so we can try out each others order. I like ramen and all the ramen variants with soup I was able to try I would mind ordering again. Which one will depend on my mood.

Hokkaido Spicy Miso Ramen – This is the one I ordered. I like spicy food. I like miso. I requested medium/mild level of spiciness so others not too fond of spicy food can still sample my order. I think I failed to get photos of my order.

White Sesame Ramen – I like sesame flavor. This one seemed to have thicker soup compared to the others.

Black Garlic Paitan Ramen & Kichitora Paitan Ramen – Thinner soup compared to the first two but I still liked both.

Paitan Tsukemen – is my least favorite because I prefer ones with soup over those that is for dipping.

We were also able to taste two desserts :

Almond Jelly – The almond jelly itself was good but the mango balls were a bit sour.

Coconut pudding – The pudding was creamy.

I think one of the ramen bowls with soup in the photo below is the Hokkaido Spicy Miso variant 🙂

I will order the other variants I was not able to try when I go back here 🙂
