On September 16, 2018 Paradise Dynasty introduced 5 new dishes;
Fried Duck with white peppercorns,
Grouper with pine nuts & fruits,
Grilled Grouper in Mapo Tofu Style,
Shanghai Style Braised Pork Belly (my top favorite among the 5, very tender meat, fat & skin),
Bok Choy with Garlic (my [2nd favorite among the 5, very crunchy and tasty).
Bigger than the S’Maison branch. The Ortigas Podium branch has private rooms 15/20 capacities that can be combined so private meetings/celebrations of groups up to almost 40 people can be done here.
Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao is of course a must try. The crispy-fried Crystal Prawns with Salted Egg yolk (not in photo) together with the 5 new dishes plus the Charcoal Custard Lava Bun are the food we’ve sampled.
