[2019-10-08] This was one of the down-the-wire invite that I went to. Invite was posted at around 7am and I was lucky enough to be awake and able to see it. The target meetup/pickup is 9am in Makati and the cafe is located in Alabang so it was quite tight. This maybe anti-climactic but I am glad I went. They got not just good coffee but nice looking and tasting food and drinks as well.

In keeping with the anti-climactic theme, my top favorite is the Bone Marrow(?). Beef with rice enhanced with bone marrow mixed in. For some ‘peace of mind’, you can also eat the healthy greens so it is not all fats & oils, haha.

The main drinking/dining area would be the second floor. Kitchen and bar is at the first level together with a few seats/table space.
