[2019-Apr-15] I started watching season one almost a year ago but stopped after a few episodes because it was a bit ‘slow and boring’ for me. When it was announced that season 8 will be the last and final season, the excitement of some of my friends prompted me to give it another go. Thankfully, I was able to binge watch up to season 7 and became one of those excited for season 8.

Thanks to a drinking buddy from Skycable (haha!) I was able to join an exclusive screening of GOT Season 8 Episode 1 at the Johnny Walker House in Poblacion Makati.

It was a very enjoyable event with cosplayers, food & drinks (sadly no free tasting of ‘White Walker’, hehe) good venue and good company.

Music was provided by a quartet. At practice & actual performance.

Even during the showing of the episode itself, some are still trying to take photos (like me, hehe) but most are in the most relaxed position they can manage.

After the show, more music, more picture taking plus some raffling off of White Walkers!
