Inari by Hamaru Ortigas Mandaluyong

[2018-12-04] After a meal in Tagaytay and some coffee/chocolate drinks (plus some ‘funny adventures’) at Megamall, we proceeded to ‘The Corner Market’, the new food hall at the Podium. One among the 3 stalls participating in the event is a Japanese themed one named Inari.

Inari probably served the most food by volume among the three stalls.

Sadly, the few I got to try were ok at best. The rice used for those ones that had rice seemed/felt undercooked or not the sticky rice texture/taste. I like Japanese food and was quite disappointed by the experience not just by the ‘less than ideal’ manner of serving the food of two of the stalls but also the quality (or type of ingredient used?) of what I was able to sample.
